- Health Data Analytics: Understanding data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for quality improvement, including statistical process control, benchmarking, and performance measurement.
- Performance and Process Improvement (PI): Mastering methodologies and tools for process analysis, problem-solving, and effective implementation of performance improvement initiatives, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA cycles.
- Patient Safety and Risk Management: Exploring strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating patient safety risks, including root cause analysis, failure pattern analysis and effects (FMEA), adverse event reporting, and compliance with patient safety regulations.

- Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: * Understand Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), their purpose, and the organizational benefits associated with them. * Recognize the role of the assessor in conducting FSMS evaluations in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 (and ISO/TS 22003 and ISO/IEC 17021:2015 where applicable). * Conduct a comprehensive assessment of a Food Safety Management System to verify conformity with ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000.
