This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and the role of the assessor in conducting first, second, and third-party FSMS assessments in accordance with FSSC 22000 Version 6.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
* Understand Food Safety Management Systems, their purpose, and associated organizational benefits.
* Recognize the role of the assessor in conducting FSMS assessments in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 (and ISO/TS 22003 and ISO/IEC 17021:2015 as required).
* Conduct a comprehensive assessment of a Food Safety Management System to verify compliance with ISO 22000:2018/FSSC 22000.

- Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Explain the purpose and intent of the Environmental Management System (EMS) standard ISO 14001:2015. • Understand the application of environmental management principles. • Describe the relationships between the clauses of ISO 14001:2015. • Explain the process-based Environmental Management System model according to ISO 14001:2015, and the role of internal auditing in maintaining and improving environmental management systems, with reference to the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. • Describe the auditor’s role and responsibilities in planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on internal audits of the Environmental Management System, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 where applicable. • Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on an internal audit of part of an Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001:2015, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 where applicable.
