وصف الدورة:
توفر هذه الدورة فهماً شاملاً لنظم إدارة سلامة الغذاء (FSMS)، ودور المقيم في تنفيذ تقييمات من الطرف الأول والثاني والثالث لنظام FSMS وفقًا لمعيار FSSC 22000 الإصدار السادس.
عند إتمام هذه الدورة، سيكون المشاركون قادرين على:
* فهم نظم إدارة سلامة الغذاء والغرض منها والفوائد المؤسسية المرتبطة بها.
* التعرف على دور المقيم في تنفيذ تقييمات FSMS وفقًا لـ ISO 19011:2018 (وISO/TS 22003 وISO/IEC 17021:2015 حسب الحاجة).
* تنفيذ تقييم شامل لنظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء للتحقق من مدى التوافق مع ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000.

- Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Explain the purpose and intent of the Environmental Management System (EMS) standard ISO 14001:2015. • Understand the application of environmental management principles. • Describe the relationships between the clauses of ISO 14001:2015. • Explain the process-based Environmental Management System model according to ISO 14001:2015, and the role of internal auditing in maintaining and improving environmental management systems, with reference to the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. • Describe the auditor’s role and responsibilities in planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on internal audits of the Environmental Management System, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 where applicable. • Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on an internal audit of part of an Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001:2015, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 where applicable.
